A Day on Büyükada Without a Tour

You don't need a tour to enjoy Büyükada — it's one of the easiest day trips to do yourself. Here's the DIY playbook.

1. Get an İstanbulkart & catch the ferry

Load an İstanbulkart and take a Şehir Hatları ferry from Kabataş, Eminönü or Bostancı (about ₺58). Go early on a weekday.
